APPLICATION REVIEW
Typical uses to discuss
- External turning with a compatible positive-clearance holder
- Internal turning or boring where the bar, insert and clearance are suitable
These are general application contexts, not a performance guarantee or a recommendation for an unverified insert.
Workpiece materials
For steel, stainless steel or cast iron, share the exact material grade and hardness. The family code alone does not establish material suitability.
