Information you submit
Inquiry forms collect your name, business email, company, country, optional phone number, product requirements and any files you choose to attach. Only include information needed to review your inquiry.
Inquiries and attachments are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 for the website operator to review. When enabled, email notifications and attachments are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and may process technical request information. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse.
We use inquiry information to review requirements and respond. We do not automatically enroll you in marketing email.
Files, access and retention
Do not upload confidential drawings unless a suitable confidentiality arrangement has been agreed. Files are stored privately and may also be forwarded as email attachments when notifications are enabled. They are not published on this website.
Inquiry records remain in the operator’s private database and, when email notifications are enabled, the operator’s mailbox. The operator reviews retention and deletion requests; service providers may retain backups according to their policies. You may ask the operator to access, correct or delete your inquiry, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and anti-abuse services may process technical data.
For a privacy request, use the contact form and include your inquiry reference, if available. Do not submit identity documents. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to your inquiry.
